KM Technology, spol. s r.o. (further as KM Technology, our company, us) places great emphasis on your personal data protection and processing transparency. Hereby we declare reasons of acquiring, methods of processing and protecting your personal data.

Our company works with critical IT systems, where all data security is crucial. Therefore we constantly improve our data protection processes and IT infrastructure security. We regularly pass independent security audits, annually acquiring ISO 9001:2015 Quality management systems and ISO 27001:2013 Information security management certificates. Our qualified employees are regularly trained to be knowledgeable about newest security trends and processes.

What personal data we process?
In case you are not in the contractual relationship with our company (where GDPR principles are stated separately), but you contact us via web-forms at our website (www.km-technology.sk/*) or via another form, e.g. e-mail, mail communication, phone, personal contact, we process specific personal data as follows:

KM Technology process personal data for following purposes:

recruiting and on-boarding activities connected to selection processes to our current vacancies, even after termination of these processes in case vacancy will become open again in short period of time,

As the person concerned you have following rights:

right to delete / anonymize personal data, e.g. when data controller does not need your data or processes your data illegally,

right to transfer personal data to another data controller if this results from fulfilling contractual duties and / or explicit consent. At the same time this transfer can be processed automatically,
